Led the development of our in-house AI analyst and real time news-monitoring service- Built tools to identify and pull structured data from live news, regulatory filings, and other unstructured sources- Set up databases for equity, futures, and options market data, as well as company fundamentals and financials. Wrote several shared libraries to encourage colleagues to do more rigorous and consistent statistical analysis- Developed models to replicate stock beta, predict price moves around corporate events and index changes, and maintained some of our older statistical arbitrage algorithms for equity options- Automated daily account reconciliation, PnL and risk tracking, trade logging, and data recording to make these processes more reliable and less manual.
