Hello! I\'m Mario Miguel Orallo-Molinaro (he/him), and I\'m honored to introduce myself as the Executive Artistic Director of Jet City Improv. As a not-for-profit 501©3 organization boasting a rich history of over 30 years in the greater King County Area, Jet City Improv has carved its place as a cornerstone of creativity and community engagement in the PNW.In my capacity as Executive Artistic Director, I wield the responsibility of overseeing all artistic and management operations. Supported by an exceptional team, our organization consistently channels the power of applied improv services into the heart of the greater Seattle Area. Our initiatives range from invigorating corporate improv workshops, partnering with top 500 corporate clients, to the impactful IMPROV4GOOD program that radiates improvisation\'s benefits into communities in need. I am profoundly convinced that improv, the catalyst for transformation in my own life, holds the potential to mend and rejuvenate our society in times of profound change.Before embarking on this chapter with Jet City Improv, my journey encompassed diverse roles at Western Washington University. From the capacity of Regional Admissions Officer, tending to South King County and Tacoma, to my role as a dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator, I channeled my energy into enrollment management, scholarship oversight, admissions, and the advancement of access and inclusion best practices.My academic pursuit culminated at Fairhaven College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Western Washington University, culminating in a degree in Theater Arts & Arts Administration.The prospect of forging connections and cultivating collaborations fills me with genuine enthusiasm.
