Description: As a member of the Penzberg IT Leadership Team, I combine organizational change management with a strategic focus on Site Operations. I act as the \"Forward Deployed\" interface between Global Digital Technology (RDT) and Penzberg Site Management, ensuring our digital strategy aligns with local operational reality.Key Responsibilities:IT@CAPEX Initiative: The global \"IT@CAPEX\" initiative aims to close the gap between Facility Management, Engineering, and IT. We are currently defining the engagement model to ensure IT standards are integrated into construction project lifecycles (URA/URS phases) early, aiming to prevent costly retrofits. For Penzberg, I act as the first interface between Global Digital Technology (RDT), the Penzberg Site Management, and the local business units.Operational Risk & Continuity: I facilitate the strategic alignment of the Global Technology Change Calendar (TCC) for the site. By leading the exchange with Business Leaders, Business SMEs, Quality, and the Works Council, I help operations navigate global IT changes with minimal disruption to manufacturing and labs.Digital Transformation Leadership: Coordinating a functional stream of 6-7 change practitioners across a global product line (Workforce Productivity). I focus on \"value realization\"—ensuring that our global tools (AI, Digital Workplace) are not just deployed, but effectively adopted to drive business efficiency.Till 2025 - Future Workforce Development: Coordinator for vocational IT training, representing the department at the management level to build a sustainable local talent pipeline.
