Directly manage Dept. of Athletics, overseeing 110 full- time employees- NM Football has participated and won Nova Home Loans Arizona Bowl, ending the nation\'s longest bowl drought of 57 years, while serving in this role - Football walked away as the 2022 Quick Lane Bowl Champion and came back the following year to go head to head in the New Mexico Bowl Championship game - Negotiated a $15 million multi-media right deal with Learfield; the first in University history - Completed construction of Presley Askew Field infield and press box- Completed construction of Wanda Glass Swimming and Diving locker room and coaching office - Renovation of Allen Family Football locker room - Led NM State in winning three Western Athletic Conference Commissioner\'s Cup, three consecutive years- Oversee and facilitate and an 454% increase in Aggie Athletic Club donations - Won 65 conference championships in 12 different sports in my tenure
