   Oversee all administration, warehouse and installation activities of the Michigan Territory; which includes 4 Operations Managers, 12 Field Service Managers, 1 Warehouse Supervisor, 10 Warehouse Inventory Specialist and 100+ DISH Installation Technicians. • Direct P&L responsibility and managing spending and inventory control within the territory; Responsible for more than $1.5M in Warehouse inventory. • Achieve installation, customer service, and performance metric goals (Sales, Productivity, Completion Rate, etc.). • Oversee all hiring, training and supervision of employees, and performance management, performance metrics, customer feedback, site visits, personal and team observations and delivering feedback. • Communications Lead for African American Network (AAN)(11/22-8/23); responsible for conveying organization\'s internal and external messages, drafting written materials and communicate with AAN Members, create the AAN Newsletter every quarter and taking notes during Leadership and Membership meetings. • Vice President for African American Network (AAN)(8/23-Present); work closely with other ERG/DEI leaders, provide management and oversight, demonstrating a commitment to excellence at all times, and collaborate with all senior leadership in order to meet the networks objectives in addition to having a passion for success.
