ABOUT MARIO MASTANTUONO

A strategic, analytical and versatile Solicitor with excellent communication skills; who is driven daily by the opportunity to expand his knowledge base and develop his practical skills. During the early stages of his career and training contract obtained considerable experience within litigation including but not limited to: Commercial Litigation, Divorce & Financial Settlement, Proceeds of Crime (including Confiscation) and Civil Litigation. Towards the latter stages of his training contract and post qualification, obtained extensive experience dealing with Commercial Law, as well other non-contentious services, including but not limited to: drafting and advising on Service & Supply Agreements, Heads of Agreement, Personal Guarantees, Company Guarantees, Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Redundancy Agreements and Employment contracts.Has been regularly engaged in and led negotiations relating to terms of agreements and commercial deals generally. Professional development is key to ensuring cutting edge practical skills and knowledge base are maintained, and where necessary developed. This is shown through the recent obtaining of a certificate in Commercial Contract drafting. Excellent communication skills enabling both client and members of a team to be simultaneously kept up to date and aware of the progress of matters I am involved in.
