In my current role as the Divisional Vice President of VIP Services, I have a dual reporting structure to the President and the Senior Vice President of Store Experience. I work closely with the Chairman`s Office on various projects. In addition, I also partner with the General Managers and Senior Executives of the company to lend my support and expertise. As a brand ambassador, I take pride in sharing my time and experiences with students, both at Ryerson University and University of Toronto. Over the years, I have taken many guest speaking opportunities with these institutions. Topics have included career development, human capital and the key pillars of success.
