I have over 22 years of direct and in direct experience in the social service industry, helping people with barriers on their journey to self sufficiency. I work with people whose barriers to employment range from physical & mental limitation to under employed & criminal backgrounds. I have done everything from recruitment, assessment, on boarding, on the job training, job placement, post placement support & coaching. I have worked on RFPs, starting new contracts, contract administration & human resources.Throughout my career I have proudly performed my duties with the discipline instilled in me by the seven years I served in the NYS Army National Guard. I served as a radio operator maintainer in an artillery unit attached to the 10th mountain division based in Ft. Drum NY.
