I am a dedicated 21-year-old college student currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management while actively working in the field year-round. With up to five years of experience in the construction industry - two years in residential projects and three years in commercial and large-scale projects - I have developed a strong foundation and a deep understanding of the construction process which will only keep growing. My hands-on experience, particularly in the past three years, has provided me with invaluable insights into job execution and project management, setting me apart from others in my age group.Driven by a passion and ultimate goal of housing development, I aim to combine my extensive construction expertise with my growing knowledge of real estate and housing markets.    In this role- Refined my submittal skills by completed a variety of submittals ranging from finish paints to HVAC systems to exterior accessories- Refined my RFI skills by sending many RFI\'s and communicating with architects and engineers- Refined my scheduling abilities by creating a final schedule for the ROW and landscaping construction- Communicated with and held meetings between contractors and city officials in preparation and construction of the job site\'s ROW- Watched a jobsite in its early stages, perfectly closing the loop to my previous experience where I watched a project in its end stages.
