My area now falls under the Strategy and Performance Excellence vertical in the organization. My team and I are the drivers and champions of our corporate strategy. Responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly senior leader’s and emerging leaders. I consult with executive leaders to assess and analyze the learning needs of employees based on current and future strategic plans to support the company’s culture and have direct oversight for the delivery of quality management/leadership development, and practice workshops. I also oversee the Knowledge Management and Business Process Management initiatives for our institution. Finally, I participate in succession plan discussions and assessment with the executive leadership team, and integrate talent management strategies & initiatives to help drive the desired development and change within Westerra Credit Union.
