ABOUT MARIO GAMBA

I have substantial technical and managerial experience in Automotive field. I had growing responsibility roles at first with FIAT, then with one of its more important multinational suppliers (belonging to Sumitomo Group) and finally in FIAT Powertrain Technologies. Since October 2007 I’m providing technical consulting service for Transport, Automotive, Marine, and Avionics, working for projects, project management and quality. As a consequence, I had the opportunity of operating in different but complementary working styles and environments. Holding the responsibility of components development first, then of the whole car, I acquired a particular competence and critical managing skills on the field, including excellent coordination capabilities and dynamicity in several different areas such as production, purchasing, quality, commercial. Having managed the cooperation between FIAT and PSA on Monospace Vehicles Platform, I acquired substantial skills in the management of international collaborations. The daily relationship between client and supplier, the attention to results taking into account timetables, costs, and customer satisfaction characterize my experience, based on proactive management and positive, problem-solving oriented approach to possible urgencies.Since april 2016 I\'m representing KPIT tech.
