As an accomplished Procurement leader, I have extensive experience driving organizational change and operational excellence in high-stakes environments. With a proven track record in IT Sourcing, M&A activities, governance, and supplier management, I helped built procurement strategies for CRC Group (previously known as TIH Insurance) from the ground up in a complex divestitures and spin-offs environment.I played a pivotal role in the successful divestiture of TIH Insurance from Truist Bank, where I was responsible for establishing IT Category governance, processes, and long-term supplier strategies. I led M&A indirect sourcing efforts, managing contract dispositions, analyzing contracts, and overseeing complex negotiations involving 3 or more parties and exceeding $100M in contract value. In addition to M&A leadership, I conducted thorough analyses of IT category spend and developed supplier consolidation strategies to achieve significant cost synergies.
