About Mario G Karam
I spent fifteen years inside industrial manufacturing facilities running specification-critical chemical operations across the US and Mexico as part of Solvay\'s global platform. HF dilution. Rare earth conversion. Barium and strontium processing. What I observed in every plant was the same structural gap. The operation performed. The knowledge lived in people. When those people left the knowledge left with them. Every solution manufacturers tried failed at the same place. Not because the decisions were wrong. Because the category of solution they actually needed never existed at their scale. I built KIOS because I needed it and it didn\'t exist. I am now building the platform that acquires founder-operated manufacturing businesses in critical inorganic chemical families and installs that system from day one.
