Currently Mario holds the position of Founder/CEO at CCMS -ACO, a post-acute, chronic care management, virtual primary care medical group practice, and a Commercial ACO, and its daughter telemedicine company, MDsOnDemand.com.Espino has been in healthcare in one way or another since his early 20s starting with ancillary part B services and Home health, along the way pioneering changes that today are the norm. He established the largest international nurse recruiting company and was one of two in Florida to certify ISO business acumen accreditation for many of the largest corporations in Florida. Since 2008, Mario has been following the changes that we know today of value over volume, also known as MACRA. Consulting along the way with organizations wanting to create comprehensive initiatives that manage, and coordinates care effectively to include end-to-end IT solutions in the population health space. He also serves as a Board member for Arete Provider Network, Strategic Advisory Council for Privis Health and also serves in “Week in Review Editorial Board” for FHI.
