   Responsible for capital projects (1M$ – 11M$) in the North America plants of the Ferrero group in the area of processing plants, such as pneumatic/liquid product transport systems, mechanical conveying, fluid mixing, baking ovens, and chocolate manufacturing equipment. More in detail, I- design, according to the client request, the desired system/plant, including technical specification, layouts, and P & IDs, from concept to final approved plan- determine, keep relationships with, and work along the right external suppliers and vendors for the several and different parts of a project- keep updated schedules and manage the communication between stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and upper management- manage external suppliers and supervise building sites ensuring the correct execution of the project according to technical specifications, quality, and health and safety policies and methods- ensure the right execution of tests and commissioning according to KPIs, as well as the start-ups of the systems and operators training, with the support of local plant personnel.
