Plan and direct implementation and administration of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, workers compensation, employee assistance, retirement, and other plans.\\\\n• Administer employee benefit programs including Medical, Dental, Life, 401K, FMLA & LOA.\\\\n• Assist with administration of leave benefits in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, ADA/FEHA, USERRA, etc.)\\\\n• Oversee benefit enrollment, including lead benefits section of New Hire Orientation, following up with employees, collecting paperwork, and processing enrollment forms to meet deadlines.\\\\n• Reconcile monthly medical and dental billing to meet monthly deadline. Prepare audits and reconciles group benefits to ensure accurate recordkeeping and billing relative to eligibility, current status, change and terminations.\\\\n• Coordinate annual Open Enrollment meetings for all staff\\\\n• Manage ACA-related reporting, filings, and communications through ADP to ensure ACA and other benefits compliance (e. g, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.).\\\\n• Track COBRA coverage; send all necessary paperwork, including COBRA Notification letters and Qualifying Event forms.\\\\n• Oversee Worker\'s Compensation claims and respond to carrier when additional paperwork is required.\\\\n• Notify broker of terminating employees and reconciles monthly billings for accuracy.\\\\n• Disseminate benefits information, explain benefit programs to employees and assist employees in the completion of forms and respond to basic inquiries. Answer benefits questions completely and accurately.\\\\n• Maintain due diligence while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws in all matters related to benefits.\\\\n• Administer Workers\' compensation and safety program to include intake of information for Workers\' Compensation reporting, monitoring claims and maintaining OSHA logs.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
