Oversee the operations of 16 coordinators at 8 school sites while ensure tasks are in alignment to LAEP’s and Pomona Unified School District’s mission and vision- Develop with each school site principal goals, objectives, and priorities for coordinators to administer each academic year in alignment to the CCSPP grant- Implement finance and data collection policies and procedures for coordinators with Transform Schools Coordinator and Senior Evaluator- Identify new partnerships for PUSD to expand community resources/services through MOUs for the Community School Initiative- Partner with the Director of Marking and Communications on branding protocols to increase LAEP’s awareness to the community- Co-present at national and regional conferences on the CCSPP implementation grant regarding the co-design structure outcomes and successes- Design toolkits for coordinators to effectively develop activities and events for the community to increase parent and student engagement- Support the Director of Community Schools on facilitating department meetings and find professional development opportunities for team members.
