ABOUT MARIO AGUIRRE
Texas-born and raised, I graduated from Johns Hopkins in 2022 with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy with a minor in Economics. I am passionate about markets and am excited to be working in the financial services industry.I joined Morgan Stanley in their Baltimore office shortly after completing undergrad. I started off on the institutional client support team as part of middle office operations for the equity sales and trading desk. March 2024, I took mobility to move to New York and join the desk support team. Desk support sits on the trading floor and helps manage operational issues in real time. Has been an amazing opportunity thus far to learn more about the business and build deeper connections with the sales and trading business unit and our institutional clients. As of October 2025, I have joined the Electronic Trading team on the Futures desk and am excited for this new opportunity.I am curious, hard-working, and I enjoy figuring out how things work. Highly interested in equity markets, derivatives, portfolio management, trade execution and settlement. Now focused on Futures, Electronic Trading, Execution Algorithms, and Futures Market Structure.
