I joined UVeye in 2024 to lead the dealership roadmap and drive business growth through product innovations.Prior to joining UVeye, I led teams of designers and engineers at B-works to successfully launch multiple products from 0 to 1 across different domains. Before that, I worked as a design thinking coach at Mercedes-Benz where I led global user research initiatives and taught user-centric product development in the organization. The deep knowledge I gained there allowed me to transition successfully into Product Management.Once I learned about user-centric product development methodologies, I knew that this was where my career would remain. I love deep-diving into a user\'s problems and needs and collaborating with designers and engineers to build innovative products within given constraints. I am very passionate about user experience and applying psychology to the product design process.Since the rise of LLMs I have been constantly experimenting with new tools to amplify my impact as a Product Manager. AI prototyping tools such as v0, Bolt, Replit are part of my daily workflow to accelerate product iteration and unlock fast user feedback. I design agentic workflows with tools like n8n, to continuously uncover unique insights and streamline decision-making processes, driving more informed strategies and delivering stronger business results.
