ABOUT MARINE PARAHY

During those years, I have worked in different sectors, but mainly in: aerospace & defence and retail for several customers. I had different types of assignments about transformation and change management, either upstream with the definition of a transformation plan or further downstream with more targeted actions both for the design & the follow up.As an example, I have managed the change management plan, for a business line of a main european actor in space and defence sector, between Toulouse, Friedrichshafen, Elancourt & other sites based on regular communication, management mobilisation, field support & awareness on new modes of operation.I have also, for another business line, managed the execution of the communication plan.For another customer, in the defence sector, I have participated in the development of two training courses as well as the reengineering of one of their supply chain processes.Futhermore, internally I have actively participated in the creation of several training courses.
