I’m a passionate “People and Culture” leader with 20 years of experience in global, matrix, dynamic, multicultural and demanding environments and at times of strong organizational and cultural change. My trademark is development: to re-think or start from scratch a new activity, from strategy definition till operational implementation. I have a 360 vision of HR and love to juggle between strategic and hands-on topics. Through my ability to understand business models, strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence, I contribute to make the HR function a partner and strategic interlocutor of the Top Management. My career has included pivotal roles at GE, Allianz Global Investors, and now AXA, holding various jobs at local, regional or global levels. I have developed over the last years a genuine interest and a strong skillset in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and more broadly in Corporate Social Responsibility topics.
