Part of the public services : attached to the Academy (Educational authority)/ Regional Academic Delegation for Professional Training MISSIONS : A. Project Development• Identification of Opportunities: Participate in monitoring calls for tenders and funding opportunities at national and international levels in relation to the Support for Development Department.• Project Design: Collaborate in the design and drafting of projects in response to calls for projects / expressions of interest (defining objectives, activities, partners, and budget).• Partnerships: Contribute to establishing and developing relationships with institutional and financial partners (donors, local authorities, businesses, etc.).B. Project Implementation• Ensure operational planning of projects.• Coordinate internal and external teams involved and ensure communication between all stakeholders (partners, donors, service providers).• Execution Monitoring: Oversee the quality of activities and achievement of objectives, timelines.• Mobility: Implement and monitor mobility projects.• Administrative Management, Financial Monitoring & Reporting: Manage contracts, oversee budget monitoring in collaboration with the financial department, optimize allocated resources, prepare financial and narrative reports (compliance of expenses – justification of funds to donors/partners).C. Capitalization and Quality• Document best practices (lessons learned, feedback, continuous improvement).• Participate in internal and external evaluation processes of projects and propose adjustments to enhance the impact of actions.D. Management and Steering• Support to the Department Head: Assist the department head in strategic management tasks (support decision-making, development of growth strategies, coordination of transversal actions).• Representation: Participate in meetings with institutional partners, donors, and other stakeholders, presenting the projects and results of the department.
