Account: Interactive Design Services (IDS) Provides thought leadership to up-level team’s vision and structure. Managed the IDS portfolio efforts: new business, client management, scope, road maps plans, schedules, budget, status, project and program issues, risks mitigation and escalation, project change and communication. Key Achievements: • IT Project Management Team | Provided focus to increase team morale and productivity; resulting in attrition reduction from 70% every 60 days to 0% year one. Managed a team of 8 senior project managers that delivered 80% of the portfolio work (120 projects.) Conducted performance reviews and mentored team members. Achieved a 98% favorable rating on Vital Signs Survey. • Account Management Team | Led 3 Account Managers to establish the department including job descriptions, defined roles and responsibilities, and communication plan. Responsible for new business development and sales pipeline. Developed and standardized demand intake artifacts that streamlined the process. Created a new business pitch team and led internal engagements to generate new IDS business across the enterprise. Led all RFI, RFP and SOW creation for IDS integration projects and programs.
