In early 2020, I launched the new riotinto.com.Developed and implemented the brand voice and digital strategy and oversaw alignment of digital communications across the company and providing strategic direction and work with BUs to resolve issues that may arise, working with the business to close over 30 local microsites.Created a social strategy to challenge the norm, changing the language and the approach used externally by the business to become more human and engaging. A strong advocate of employee advocacy, through internal platforms as Yammer and externally using LinkedIn Elevate.
