Teaching synchronous and asynchronous courses in the Business and Computer Application department, instructing a diverse student population in an online learning environment. Defining and delivering upon the instructional strategy, designing curricula, syllabi, assessments, and supporting learning materials. Synthesizing and analyzing student data, interpreting findings to outline gaps and deficiencies in curriculum and instruction, and introducing corrective measures. Working in tandem with faculty and administrators to establish new policies and initiate programs to increase teaching standards and create an inclusive environment.
