As the sole in-house HR at KOTS, I report directly to the COO and Co owner of the company. I manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding to exit, I oversee core HR functions including recruitment, documentation, data management, and compliance here at KOTS.I collaborate closely with recruitment agencies to source talent, screen candidates, and conduct interviews, playing a key role in building strong teams. I ensure smooth HR processes through accurate tracking, attendance management, and timely issuance of offer letters, relieving letters, and other essential documentation.I also contribute to policy creation, conduct probation reviews, and hold regular one-on-one employee connect sessions to support engagement and retention. This hands-on role has shaped me into a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and builds people-first processes that drive results.
