As part of the Employee Benefits/HR Services practice, I assist Companies in many key areas of the human resource function- Responsible for leading a practice vertical and driving strategic consultative services to clients- Provide HR services, client engagement, and other projects for a portfolio of interesting and diverse clients- Develop and lead LOA outsourcing services supporting companies with their leave of absence administration- Act as internal HR Executive and primary point person for client relationships ensuring client engagement and satisfaction- Manage existing and prospective client relationships to identify the potential need for supplementary service offerings and develop strategic project proposals- Remain current and up to date on latest HR trends and practices to provide specialized service and advance knowledge- Serve as client engagement manager for specified clients- Deliver HR consulting services- Lead and manage implementation of specialized HR projects- Manage individual budget and cost for client services- Manage client project plans and scheduling of client meetings- Train, coach, and/or manage deliverables to HR Coordinators, HR Associates, HR Consultants and Sr. HR Consultants.
