ABOUT MARINA JANKOVIC

With more than 20 years of international experience in Business Management, Talent & Leadership Development, and Executive Education, I’m driven by one core belief: when people grow, organisations grow.Across six countries and working with companies operating in 180 markets, I’ve seen firsthand how the right leadership capabilities can transform teams, cultures, and business outcomes.Today, I focus on building strong, diverse leadership pipelines by shaping and delivering the talent processes that matter — performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. I partner closely with leaders to understand capability needs, design impactful development programmes, and align leadership growth with strategic priorities.I’m passionate about creating learning experiences that stick — blending experiential learning, coaching, and a healthy feedback culture to help leaders at all levels continuously evolve. My goal is to empower people to perform at their best and to create cultures where high performance feels natural, not forced.On a personal level, I have done a tremendous amount of inner work and have been certified as an Executive Coach (MCC ICF), Couples Therapist and Nutritional Therapist. Education:PgD in Organisational Psychology and HR Management from the University of London, Birkbeck; Certified Workplace Mediator; Couples and Family Therapist and Nutritional Therapist.
