I represent public and private companies in complex, often high-profile lawsuits involving misappropriation of trade secrets, restrictive covenants, unfair competition issues, contractual disputes, and all aspects of employment law. I have litigated cases throughout the country, in state and federal courts and in arbitration, argued cases in multiple appellate courts, and actively counsel clients in the areas of my expertise.
