Strategic Leadership and Decision Making • Responsible for all HR functions from talent acquisition to training, to leading a team of 100, while improving people KPIs such as decreasing turnover from 96% to 50%, overtime from 3% to 1.3%, and payroll from 4.3% to 3.8% YoY.• Grand Opened a store: hired all staff, managed product placement, real estate, third parties, and schedules of teams. Analytical Problem Solving• Ran the highest sales volume stores in the country by focusing on KPIs including work force management, sales budgeting targets, inventory and product management, and implementing action plans to address areas of improvement.• Translated complex data from Tableau, SAP S/4Hana, Advanced Process Monitor, eSB, etc. into actionable insights. Performance & Compliance Management• Managed a district of up to 6 stores with over 100 employees overseeing daily operations, labor analytics, WFM, performing audits, resolving legal and inspection concerns, and improving store efficiency from 83 to 88% YoY. • Coordinated all 8 training center locations for the division, including managing resources, organizing weekly schedules for trainers and trainees, and hosting training courses to develop new training center captains. Change Leadership + Culture & Engagement • Launched Store Training Pathways rollout, a companywide training program, by training the entire division of over 200 people including VPs, Directors, District Managers, and Store Managers, and serving as the subject matter expert.• Rolled out Self-Checkout Project in division by hosting training calls for other DMs and store managers, traveling to stores on the day of launch, and working with corporate teams to plan for launch, troubleshoot, and offer feedback.Crisis & Conflict Management • Engaged in complex problem solving in a dynamic environment.• Psychologically analyzed team dynamics to anticipate and resolve conflicts and engage in risk management.
