OPPORTUNITYThis role is more than just a career move — it’s a full-circle moment. I actually started my IT career at JH Kelly years ago as a Systems Administrator. Coming back now, leading the very IT organization I was once part of, is incredibly meaningful. A lot has changed since those early days, for the company and for me. The opportunity was clear, help evolve IT from a behind-the-scenes support team to a strategic partner that drives growth, innovation, and operational excellence. STRATEGY AND ACTIONThe first step was building clarity around priorities. I worked closely with leadership to understand where the business was headed and what role technology needed to play in that journey. From there, I developed an enterprise-wide IT roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term goals. I lead both Infrastructure and DevOps, oversee cybersecurity, risk, and governance, and partner with business units to ensure IT is not just supporting operations but helping improve them. A big part of my focus has also been shifting the perception of IT — building trust, delivering value, and making sure teams know we are here to solve problems and drive results. RESULTSWhat I’m most proud of is how IT is now viewed across the company. We’ve moved from being seen as just the help desk to being a trusted partner in growth. The roadmap is set, priorities are aligned, and the work we’re doing is strengthening how teams operate today, while preparing the business for where it’s headed tomorrow.
