In 2004, I founded a Latina professional network and created Latinas & Power as a way of paying forward what I had learned throughout my own career journey. The mission is to inspire, motivate, encourage and provide tools and resources that enable Latinas to succeed as influential leaders and advocates. As a professional network we connect career-driven and entrepreneurial-minded Latinas to growth & business opportunities. The women in our network build community and deep relationships with each other because we share similar and culturally unique challenges. We celebrate each other in a spirit of comadre-ship.In 2018, we became a 501 © 3 non-profit and began the journey of developing programmatic initiatives. In September of 2023 we launched the first co-hort of the Latinas in Leadership Institute (LiLi).

I am the founder and CEO of Latinas in Leadership Inc (formerly Latinas & Power Corp.) a non-profit organization that helps build Latina leaders and advocates and increase representation in all sectors across the U. S. With over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, and brand management, I have worked with Fortune 100 companies, small businesses and non profit organizations. I am also a keynote speaker on topics that including Latinas in Leadership, Personal Branding, Time Management, Communicating your story and perfecting your 1 minute pitch. My mission is to inspire, motivate, and provide tools and resources that enable Latinas to overcome cultural and professional challenges and achieve their full potential. Through my professional network, events, workshops, and digital platforms, I connect career-driven and entrepreneurial-minded Latinas to growth and business opportunities. I also leverage my expertise in data analysis, integrated marketing, and digital media to create high-impact campaigns that reach and resonate with Latino, African-American, and women\'s markets. I am passionate about building community, fostering comadre-ship, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and society.
