Analyzes expense and revenue variances and implement activities needed to meet financial targets. • Collaborate with the marketing team and executive team to develop effective marketing campaigns that support business development efforts. • Collaborate with all administrative departments, to ensure the appropriate use of resources to provide effective and efficient mental health services.• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats and adapt business development strategies accordingly. • Provide regular reports to the CEO on business development activities and progress. • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, to increase AHS awareness, programs and services.
