ABOUT MARILYN ONUKWUGHA
Marilyn Onukwugha is a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she is responsible for managing regulatory engagements within the firm’s Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization. A licensed attorney in both Nigeria and the United States, she earned a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and graduated from the University of Kent with First Class Honors in her Bachelor of Laws. Previously, Marilyn led external engagements for the Technology Risk organization at Goldman Sachs and contributed to cybersecurity policy initiatives at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission within the Cyber and Emerging Technologies Unit. With a career at the intersection of law and cybersecurity, she has worked with premier financial institutions navigating complex regulatory landscapes and stringent oversight.
