I’m a public service and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting complex work in government, military, and community-facing settings. I’m at my best when I’m helping teams stay organized, information stays accurate, and people feel informed and supported.Much of my work has focused on coordination and communication – managing workflows, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and translating complicated information into clear, accessible messages. I’ve written for broad public audiences, presented to large groups, and worked behind the scenes to make sure processes run smoothly and fairly.Most recently, I supported a King County Councilmember, where I worked closely with colleagues across departments and with community members on public-facing work and equity-focused initiatives. That role reinforced how much thoughtful communication and strong administrative support matter in building trust and making systems work better for people.I spent many years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard in operational leadership roles. While the environments were very different, the throughline has always been the same: responsibility, follow-through, and clear communication in high-stakes situations.I care deeply about work that centers equity, transparency, and service to the community. I bring a steady approach, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, and I’m interested in roles where good communication and good systems help create real public impact.
