Having spent 10 years in the Oil & Energy Industry, I discovered that one of my passions is to provide support to other team members. I love to learn new applications and I enjoy configuring them based on the requirements of the end user. In my last position, I had the pleasure of working with several business groups during the implementation of their new applications. I am particularly good with data and proficient with MS Excel. I combine these skills with being persistent, conscientious and detail oriented. As a former Police Dispatcher, I am trained to remain calm under pressure and as a result, I respond well to project deadlines. Upon project completion, I was often kept on as the system administrator of the \'most recently added\' applications and looked after post implementation configuration and security. Over the years, I have been able to build upon my extensive experience with Microsoft Office and my ability to communicate well and stay organized has really helped me to master several of the most popular business applications.
