ABOUT MARILYN KRICHKO
I am responsible for the global automation program at Spectrum Brands. In 2019, we built our automation program from the ground up, including hiring a centralized team, standing up technology and setting up a Center of Excellence. We use a modified agile process I developed, called READY-DEV-GO to manage our process and communicate with stakeholders. Our primary goal is to automate essential business processes which accelerate productivity, reduce and correct errors and improve efficiency. I chair the RISE committee and am a member of the DEI Council. My passion involves teamwork, mentoring, creativity and designing solutions that are stable and scalable. My expertise involves strategy development, solution design, Robotic Process Automation, governance, coaching and mentoring, and total quality management. I received my undergraduate degree in marketing and MBA from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida and hold a certificate in Total Quality Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. As an athlete and former nationally ranked tennis player, I focus on what matters and apply lessons learned to continually improve and strive for excellence. I am a member of the American Society for Quality. In 1998 Marilyn founded The OARS Program teambuilding company, now organized as Criterion Consulting Solutions and branded under The Rowers\' Code. When not at work, Marilyn enjoys rowing, cycling, cross-country skiing and golf.
