   Aequor, Inc. is a biotech company that developed \"green,\" non-toxic chemical compounds that can replace toxic biocides used in agro-industrial, consumer, and medical products. Our 25 EPA/TSCA-approved chemicals are used by formulators of end-use products, operators of cooling towers and closed-loop water systems, government, institutional and commercial companies remediating hard-to-clean contamination, and both cultivators of algae biomass and fermenters of plant residues for conversion into biofuels. Customers raise their environmental profiles and save time, manpower, and costs HAZMAT protocols and energy/CO2 consumption. NASA was Aequor\' first customer, and another experiment is scheduled to fly to the International Space Station in 2021. Aequor\'s chemicals also \"potentiate\" otherwise ineffective biocides and antibiotics to kill antimicrobial-resistant (AMR) pathogens - the Superbugs - at doses too low to trigger resistance. Uniquely, Aequor\'s novel chemicals kill bacteria and fungi at all stages of growth, including biofilm. They remove biofilm in minutes and prevent its formation for days/months/years. Biofilm is the root cause of microfouling (corrosion, scale, slime, contamination, infection) and macrofouling (attachment of barnacles, mussels and algae to surfaces in contact with water). Over $600B is spent annually on antibiofilm and antifouling remedies that either don\'t work or work only at highly toxic doses. Aequor, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in 2006, and holds patents on methods of extraction and methods of use of 17 novel natural small molecules and 40 structural analogs, and on the composition of matter and uses of over 30 novel \"green\" chemicals.
