As a Senior HR Advisor for the Enterprise Talent Acquisition team at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), I have over five years of experience in recruiting, staffing, and advising people with diverse skills and backgrounds from across Canada. I am passionate about creating a competent, representative, and inclusive workforce that reflects the diversity of the Canadian population. In my current role, I contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and strategic recruitment initiatives, such as social media campaigns, virtual job fairs, and targeted outreach. I also provide client service and collaboration to various hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
