I’m a Learning Experience Designer specializing in leadership development and adult learning. I design learner-centered digital and in-person experiences that help leaders strengthen decision-making skills and effectively guide their teams through change and growth.I hold a DDI Facilitator Certification, which influences how I design facilitation strategies and create high-quality facilitator materials. My work spans the end-to-end design of learning experiences, including leadership courses, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, infographics, and instructional videos: Grounded in adult learning theory and experience design, I create engaging learning journeys using real-world scenarios, knowledge checks, and intentional reflection moments that support retention and on-the-job application.Beyond course design, I contribute to learning ecosystem improvements by identifying experience gaps, streamlining asset structures, and ensuring consistency across learning materials. I also lead and support pilot launches, using learner feedback and engagement insights to iterate and continuously improve learning experiences: I’m passionate about designing learning experiences that are relevant, engaging, and genuinely useful. I enjoy uncovering knowledge gaps and transforming them into clear, meaningful content that helps people feel more confident and capable in their roles.
