I’m the Director and Co-founder of Work’n’Diversity CIC, a training and consultancy social enterprise dedicated to advancing neurodivergent inclusion in the workplace and beyond. We specialise in supporting autistic and otherwise neurodivergent adults through awareness training, strategic consultancy, and creative community-based initiatives.In my role, I design and deliver tailored training for organisations, lead on strategic development, and manage partnerships with schools, charities, local authorities, and businesses. I oversee research-informed projects, coordinate inclusive events, and provide consultancy to help employers create environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.As a public speaker, I regularly present at conferences and professional events, sharing insights grounded in both research and lived experience. I’m passionate about building a future where neurodivergent voices are not only heard, but centred.
