As Chief Operating Officer of the Infrastructure Solutions business unit at AtkinsRéalis, I lead a team focused on creating sustainable solutions that connect people, data, and technology to design, deliver, and operate some of the world’s most complex infrastructure projects.I drive operational excellence across the U.S. in key sectors including Aviation, Ports, Major Projects, Rail & Transit, Water, and Cities & Places—working at the intersection of client engagement, project delivery, talent development, and data strategy to unlock growth and profitability.I previously served as the SVP Financial Planning & Analysis, at STV, I lead the finance team, as well as project accounting and billing functions across all operating groups.My journey in the infrastructure sector began at AECOM, where I held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations for Metro New York. Over the years, I have honed my skills as a Project and Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations, gaining extensive experience across regional and national infrastructure markets.As a passionate advocate for Operational Excellence, I spearhead initiatives that foster collaboration across business units, enhance synergies, and drive efficiencies, propelling business growth. I am proud to have co-founded the Young Professionals Committee with the New York Building Congress and served on their board of directors, while I now serve on the board of the directors for Professional Women in Construction, NY chapter.Beyond my professional work, I’m deeply committed to developing future talent. I serve on the advisory board of the Columbia University Center for Buildings, Infrastructure, and Public Spaces, and tought graduate courses in Civil Engineering, including “Industry Field Studies in Project Management” and, starting Fall 2025, “Strategic Management”, a course tailored to strategy, operational design, and execution in the AEC industry.I hold a BS in Civil Engineering, a master\'s degree in Structural Engineering from La Sapienza, a MS in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University and an executive MBA from Columbia Business School. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA).
