About Marilia Brocchetto

Marilia Brocchetto is a Platform Management Director in BCG’s Platform Delivery & Governance organization. She drives cross-portfolio alignment, oversees platform management commitments, and strengthens Platform Engineering’s internal and external brand. She also leads the operational rhythm of the CTO’s office and fosters team effectiveness, culture, and continuous learning across the platform organization.An accomplished change management leader, Marilia brings extensive experience in digital transformation, communications, and technology adoption. Marilia joined BCG in 2024 as a Senior Manager in the Change & Communications Center of Excellence. She is known for empathetic, user-focused communications that improve adoption and reduce friction during digital transformations. Her work has included aligning product roadmaps to user needs, contributing to the Workplace Experience Program, and expanding Pride@BCG across global BST teams.Prior to BCG, Marilia was a Change Manager at Salesforce, leading large-scale implementations across Salesforce Clouds, Slack, and Tableau. There, she piloted the “Chief People Officer” model within project management offices to embed change management practices throughout delivery—improving both adoption and team satisfaction. She is recognized for pioneering innovative, people-centered approaches to organizational change.Her earlier experience at Salesforce, Deloitte, and CNN International adds depth across industries and disciplines, having delivered results across automotive, healthcare, technology, media, and consumer sectors.She holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology, is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, and a Salesforce Certified Strategy Designer. A multilingual lifelong learner, Marilia explores how AI can simplify work and amplify creativity.
