Founder of Kennedy Garceau, Marilene is a passionate businesswoman with strong leadership skills. With more than 25 years of experience as a strategy consultant and project manager, working amongst others for four leading consulting firms: IBM, CGI, Capgemini and Kea & Partners, Marilene has built a sound professional career and an extensive network.Having experienced the challenges of corporate expatriation many times over, and based on her strong project management skills, Marilene founded Kennedy Garceau with her partners to help multicultural businesses find solutions to optimize international mobility strategies.Throughout her personal life and professional career, Marilene went through many relocations. A graduate in Business Administration from HEC Montreal and ESSEC Business School, Marilene was born and brought up in Canada. She worked and lived between Canada, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Slovakia and Spain. Being a Franco-Canadian national, she now lives in Paris with her family.Gifted communicator and multicultural expert, Marilene regularly gives lectures and trainings on International HR, multiculturalism and the challenges of expatriation including job search.
