With over 15 years of work experience in the hospitality industry, I am currently the Director of Operations at Nando\'s Mexican Cafe, a family-owned restaurant chain that serves authentic Sonoran Style Mexican cuisine. I oversee the operations of five locations across the Valley, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability. I also manage the marketing, catering, training, and performance of the staff, and try my best to resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
