Formulate plan of care in collaboration with medical team to deliver evidenced-based care and discuss, as necessary, with the critically ill patient. Provide clear and concise transfer of clinical information among colleagues and consultants.Respond to rapid responses and code blues. Advise on patient treatment and ACLS protocol. Participate in monthly meetings to identify improvements in departmental procedures to streamline workflow.
