Most organisations have AI tools. Few have AI capability that actually sticks. I build the human infrastructure that closes that gap — frameworks, capability architectures, and change programs that move organisations from AI activity to AI impact. My work spans global capability building in Global Medical Affairs at Merck — where I led learning architecture across 42 countries, achieving a 3.8x increase in user engagement and 80%+ of learners confirming measurable skill growth — to enterprise-scale change management for people at HelloFresh, and designing the AI Prompt & Agent Library for Procurement, SC and FSQA teams — now selected as the global model for sharing AI use cases and prompts across the organisation.Assessed in the 99th percentile for AI Knowledge Sharing and 98th percentile for Solution Reimagining by SHL and the Josh Bersin Company. What drives me is figuring out how new technology actually fits human beings — not the other way around. Making people more confident, less afraid, and genuinely capable of working differently. I work best where structure needs to be created from scratch and people need to be brought along with it.
