The NOMAD project (North Macedonia Interprofessional Dementia Care) explores an innovative model of case management for families affected by dementia in Macedonia in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich. I was involved in the planning of the study and the assessments, creating the materials for the intervention and now I am leading on the process evaluation.
