I am a former student of Texas A&M University with a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s of Science in Materials Science and Engineering. I strive to work at the interface of engineering and business to solve complex problems. I specialize in: Cross-industry skillsets: I have technical knowledge of materials science and engineering as well as the financial expertise to be an asset to both technical and management teams. I have technical skills ranging from Excel and Investments to Nanoindentation and Charpy Testing. Problem-Solving: I have a deep love for situation analysis and finding ways to optimize business processes under a time crunch. I have authored numerous after-action reports for events, helping to create best practices and resolve issues on the fly. I have also worked extensively with large sets of financial data, helping to bring material solutions to clients. Team diplomacy: having lead various size teams (4 to 50+) resolving numerous internal issues resulting in a more productive and inviting organization. I specialize in bridging team-to-leader communications without sacrificing efficiency and trust. I adapt easily to any team dynamic to help create clear lines of communication.I am WallStreet Prep Certified for Excel and PowerPoint and have passed the CFA Investment Foundations Certification Exam. I am also comfortable with Python and materials testing methods such as tensile testing, electrospinning, and hardness testing.I plan to use my unique repertoire to create a future within the business-engineering interface to best utilize my unique skill set that comes from Materials Science and Finance.In my free time, I love to read novels, watch Formula 1, find new local coffee spots, and perfect my NYT Word Games strategy.
