Contribute to development of an ambulatory community growth plan, conducting a comprehensive market analysis to identify service gaps, map organizational and facility needs, build a hub-and-spoke model, and identify service line expansion opportunities. Hold ownership of quality, efficiency, and service line continuity—inpatient and outpatient—driving financial results through strategic growth and CapEx planning, space allocation, clinical quality improvement, patient and provider experience, and more. Drove the on-time and within-budget launch of the new James Outpatient Care at Carmenton ambulatory center, a 385K sf infusion, surgical center, collaboration with Nationwide Children’s Hospital to open Columbus’ first Proton Therapy Center. Increased clinic visits by 23%, admissions by 5%, and new patients by 13% in the past fiscal year, in part by expanding service lines—9 of 10 with YOY growth—and access to Radiation Oncology, Supportive Care Services, and disease-specific services. Co-lead the Activation Oversight Committee for the new inpatient tower opening in 2026, partnering with the UH Director to marshal stakeholders and accelerate milestones to fuel the launch of 148 new beds at The James, part of an 800-bed expansion for the medical center.
